Our Intelligent ProcessAutomation (“IPA”) practice focuses on providing Robotic Process Automation,Smart Data Intake, Machine learning solutions and Analytics for missioncritical business processes to major industries globally. It is one of the largestpractice across the globe and also fastest growing practices in the company,and a key pillar of our digital offerings. We are seeking an Automation ProgramManager or Automation Engagement Lead to grow our presence in select highgrowth focus accounts in [ CM T]vertical in North America.

In this role, the ProgramManager/Engagement Lead will be responsible for project/program delivery andengagement management of Automation services in the assigned focus accounts. Theposition will manage our end-to-end automation delivery, account mining, customerengagement to excel the customer satisfaction, grow revenue and expand our stakeholderfootprint within the accounts. The position will work with, and leverage, our consulting,advisory and solution delivery teams.

Thisrole reports to the respective IPA vertical lead in North America.

Responsibilities:

• Successful delivery of automationproject/program/engagement for our clients
• Expand automation penetration in assigned businessunits or new business units.
• Ensure flawless delivery, end to endprogram/engagement management by coordinating with business and IT teams acrossclients
• Act as a SPOC for clients as well as Cognizantvertical/DO teams for the automation program/engagement
• Accountable for managing end to end RPAImplementation with strong leadership skills, stakeholder management andtechnology vigilance.
• Accountable for managing RPA portfolio across business Units.

Required Skills andQualifications:

• Strong PM101 skills, with a minimum 4+ years ofexperience of end-to-end program or engagement management in softwaredevelopment space
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience of working in amulti-geography and time-zone teams
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience of workingwith one or more leading automation products tools, OR, 4+ years of experienceof hands-on experience with one or more BPM tools
• Awareness of the following aspects of at least oneautomation product is a major plus:

• High level architecture
• Licensingmodel
• Key features
• Experience in expanding or mining Automationservices is a plus
• Awareness of basic financial management of projects
• Experience supporting account teams and buildingcollaborative relationships with external and internal partners.
• Business acumen, communication and drive forresults.
• Strong leadership skills, particularly with highlydiverse teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional client management skills andexperience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual andhighly-matrixed environment.
• Willing to relocate or travel to client location asper project/engagement requirement.
• Involved in managing end to end RPAdelivery from analysis, design, coding, UAT, deployment and post productionsupport.
• Provide thought leadership and getacquainted with new upcoming technology and market trends in RPA space like ML,Data intake, AI etc.
• Define RPA strategy and delivery planto ensure smooth implementation and transition to production.
• Involve in process assessment workshopand identify potential automation opportunities
• Manage key stakeholders and providefrequent project updates
• Identify and Assess program / projectlevel risks and propose mitigation plan with key stakeholders
• Develop the right team compositionwith right skills to build scalable and sustainable team structure
• Build robust solution to ensure stablebot performance and ensure that architecture and infrastructure meet currentand future business needs.
• Hands on Robotics Process AutomationDevelopment experience using tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, AutomationAnywhere, Work fusion, Open Span
• Review Design and Customize automationframework using C#.Net, Visual Studio, WebAPI etc.
• Develop Automation Operationalhandbook to ensure smooth transition to production suppport team
• Ensure project team follows bestpractices and guidelines.
• Strong hands on RPA and softwaredevelopment experience with 15-20 years of experience
• Must demonstrate the ability toimplement end to end RPA delivery
