Title: Physical Therapist
Positions Available: 1
Schedule: PartTime (6 visits p/week) position available
Locations: East SFV #40 – Burbank, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Universal City, Valley Glen, Valley Village and Van Nuys
Position Summary: Initially, a PT will evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve balance, walking, transfers, as well as patient education. Unlike a rehabilitation setting or even an outpatient clinic, unique emphasis is placed on safe mobility in and around the patient’s residence. PT’s will also make recommendations on equipment and provide train on proper use of equipment.
Requirements:
- 1 year Physical Therapy experience
- Reliable Transportation
- CPR Certification
- Must be available for one week of orientation and training
